The deployment layer
The Preemption Stack
Where advance notice becomes prepared action.
The layers
Foresight that waits is commentary. The Preemption Stack is the deployment layer. It converts each validated harbinger into prepared, sized, and timed action, so that when the event arrives, your position, your supply, and your exposure are already where you want them.
It turns a forecast into a fact on the ground. Every action is pre-registered, logged, and replayable: what the Stack knew, when it knew it, and why it moved.

- Strategic positioning
- Sizes and times positions and commitments to the forecast’s range and your mandate: reserve the capacity, sign the contract, take the position before the crowd.
- Arbitrage execution
- Where a harbinger implies a mispriced instrument or contract, executes through regulated venues and your own accounts, inside pre-approved limits, with every order tied to its evidence.
- Structural guardrails
- Hedges, limits, dual-source plans, and contingency triggers that harden operations against the shock, with automatic stand-downs when a harbinger’s evidence fails.
- Trajectory steering
- Shapes the path of events by lawful means: securing supply before a shortage, funding the alternative supplier, and entering the policy record early and openly.
Lawful by construction
Within limits, within the law
Execution runs only through regulated venues and client accounts, within client-approved limits and applicable law, including the prohibitions on market manipulation.
The sources behind it are the Harbinger Engine and the corpus. The rules behind it are on the principles page.
