The two substrates
Perfect History, Converged Foresight
The record of every vital entity, complete where it can be and honest where it can’t. A circle of independent expert models that speaks only when it agrees.

Perfect History · System substrate one
The Verumdare Corpus
The axis of time.
It looks like a search engine. It is closer to a registry. Calcytas keeps a living record, not an index of pages: one corpus for every vital entity, reconciled so that one entity never becomes several, and versioned so that nothing is ever silently overwritten.
- Persons, in their public and professional roles: offices, directorships, filings, statements.
- Organizations: registration, officers and owners over time, filings, litigation, sanctions exposure, market history.
- Assets: facilities, vessels, aircraft, products, and the places that hold them.
- Events: transactions, incidents, proceedings, rulings, and announcements.
An absolute knowledge graph
Every relationship is a typed, dated claim with its evidence attached: who owns, employs, supplies, succeeds, and sits beside whom. A co-directorship is never mistaken for a friendship.
A clock on every fact
Each fact carries three times: when it was true, when it became knowable, and when the record learned it. Any moment can be replayed exactly as it was known. That is the only honest ground for a decision, a dispute, or a backtest.
Grounding the machines can cite
Every model in Calcytas reads the corpus instead of its own memory. Models remember. The record knows.
Converged Foresight · System substrate two
The Apex Convergence
The circle of experts.
One forecaster is an opinion. A converged circle is a signal. Every question Calcytas takes on is worked by a circle of expert models that differ where it matters: architecture, training lineage, reasoning method, and how each weighs evidence against prior belief.

Isolation by design
The experts work at the same time and alone: same deadline, same live Verumdare record, no sight of one another’s drafts. Independence is measured, not assumed. Calcytas tracks how each expert errs and weighs the circle by how differently its members are wrong.
The Convergence Gate
If the models scatter, the question dies in silence. Only when they land on the same outcome with high confidence is the signal validated. Silence is the engine working correctly.
Sealed, then judged
Every validated signal is sealed in a tamper-evident ledger before it resolves, and graded after, misses included. That record is the only claim of skill Calcytas will ever make.
Together the two feed one instrument. The Harbinger Engine fuses the corpus and the gate, and the Preemption Stack acts on what it sees.
